Our Mission
Helping professionals land more interviews through smarter resumes.
The problem we saw
Most job seekers never hear back after applying. Not because they're unqualified — but because an Applicant Tracking System filtered their resume out before a recruiter ever opened it. The rejection is silent: no explanation, no feedback, just nothing. That silence is what pushed people to apply to more roles, faster, hoping volume would make up for not knowing what was actually going wrong.
We didn't think that was a solvable-by-volume problem. It was a visibility problem.
What we believe
We believe job seekers deserve to know how their resume is actually being evaluated — not guess at it. An ATS applies concrete, checkable rules: keyword overlap, formatting compatibility, section structure. None of that should be a mystery kept on the employer's side of the process.
We also believe that "optimizing for the ATS" and "writing an honest, well-crafted resume" aren't in conflict. Hirelyze AI is built to show you where your actual experience isn't registering as a match — not to help you fabricate qualifications you don't have.
Why it's called Hirelyze AI
Hiring, analyzed. The name reflects what the product actually does: it analyzes the hiring-side systems — ATS platforms, keyword matching, job descriptions — and turns that analysis into something a candidate can act on before they apply, not after they've already been filtered out.
Where we're headed
Our mission is simple: help every job seeker submit stronger applications with confidence. That starts with the ATS resume check, but the underlying goal doesn't stop there — it's to become the resource job seekers trust to tell them, honestly, what's standing between their resume and an interview.
